Cabarete has played host to world-class international competitions, and the welcoming vibe of the town continues to enchant visitors from all over the world. Cabarete Kite Festival – July 22-28, 2019

The Cabarete Kite Festival is a celebration of watersports, ocean awareness, and entrepreneurship. It is a week filled with kiteboarding, networking, surf sessions, sunset music on the beach, and epic kiteboarding.

The festivities kick off on Monday, July 22nd with a welcome dinner and event activities running through Sunday, July 28th.

As part of the festival, the world’s best kiteboarders will be going up against each other for a chance to win a ticket to enter the Official Red Bull King of the Air Qualification round in Cape Town, 2020.
